Welcome to my Website! I’m James Austin, A photographer and digital marketer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I specialize in helping entrepreneurs and small businesses develop and refine their digital marketing strategies to help them grow. I’ll work with anyone at any level of expertise if I can help them!
After growing up in the Minneapolis area, I went down to The University of Kansas and majored in education. This is where I met my lovely wife and together we moved around and taught in western Kansas and the KC area. After 6 years of teaching and a pandemic, I was feeling burnt out and decided to pursue another career. I always enjoyed photography, but I never thought about pursuing it as a career until I started to explore. After learning about digital marketing, I enrolled in a certification program through the University of Minnesota. Here, I began to see a gap I could fill.
A lot of businesses will hire out marketers and photographers as independent freelancers. Both are very important aspects to start ups and small businesses, but are often out of their price ranges. So I began to think…
“what if I could help people create content, and then teach them how to organize and use it?“
So I began to pursue this path and sure enough, I’ve discovered many people who have big dreams – but don’t know how to start.
Now, having helped refine several business plans and marketing strategies for small businesses and entrepreneurs, I’ve developed the tools necessary to help people begin to turn their hobbies and passions into income.
